These are a few words of wisdom I have shared with a multitude of business-minded women who tell me initially that they don’t see how they would or could benefit from hiring a life coach:
You can have the most creative business or career ideas, coupled with a desire to invest loads in your branding and other essentials; however, your success can only go as far as your, mind, body and spirit will take it.
Therefore, I subsequently, at a minimum make these four simple recommendations, which of course are always optional, but eventually in most cases are proven to be accurate:
1) Get right with your spiritual leader.
I call mine God. Who do you call on for such guidance?
2) Practice self-care.
Your body is indeed your temple. Work-life integration or health harmony are “must-haves.” Discover and implement them into your life.
3) If you are a mom, get clear about your purpose in life outside of motherhood.
Dispense with the cobwebs that have you second-guessing decisions, beware of the guilt and the struggles that have held you hostage in some cases for decades – diminishing your confidence, your self-worth, and your faith. #HiddenBaggage
4) Detox your life of frenemies and place genuine people around you who won’t fall for your B.S. excuses.
Bring people in who will see through your pretenses and the fake smiles. Build a celebration circle consisting of those who want to see you win and who will hold you accountable to your big dreams.
Whatever it may be that you desire for your life, if wealth and abundance are a part of your plan, know this – lack of clarity can prove to be disastrous to it all.
Until you get your MIND right, the MONEY will not follow.
